Welcome to The Curiosity Collective, our exciting book club for kids that meets once a month to inspire a love of reading and spark meaningful conversations!

Our kids book club is open to students of all reading abilities! For students receiving services with Evans Literacy Associates, membership in The Curiosity Collective is included at no extra cost — it’s part of our commitment to building confident, curious readers. For students who are not currently receiving services, participation is open for just $15 per meeting.

Our younger readers in grades K-3 will enjoy book club with our beloved mascot, Carl the Capybara, who brings fun and excitement to each meeting. For students in grades 4 and up, the Curiosity Collective is designed to foster a welcoming community of readers that dive into different genres and topics that they choose! A variety of Curiosity Collective groups will run each month so that all age groups can participate.

Each month, Curiosity Collective members receive a new book accompanied by weekly at-home activities for families to enjoy together. At each book club meeting, we provide snacks, host book-themed activities, and include a read-aloud for our younger students, while older students participate in small group discussions to dive deeper into the story.

Whether your child is an avid reader or just beginning to explore the world of stories, The Curiosity Collective is a place where curiosity thrives, imaginations grow, and a love of reading takes root!
